FiveSweat beaded on her face and neck, plastering stray hairs to her skin as she practiced with her sword. The blade hummed through the air with a faint whoosh as she executed each move, battling an invisible opponent. To one watching her from a distance, her lonesome practice looked to be a dance — graceful and poised as a swan. But to anyone fending away that shining blade, the dance was a death warrant. Dragging a hand across her forehead to clear away sweat and hair, she paused and took stock of her surroundings for the first time since beginning her dance. Autumn RomanceFall is my favorite time of year. The air is crisp with the smell of autumn and the breeze is brisk and cool. Leaves fall from the tress in sheets, like pouring rain. The trees' leaves fall like tears, as though they're remembering the freshness of new spring and the green of summer and mourning the coming of winter snow.
